Hi Mountain Seasoning announces the introduction of the new Big Shot Jerky & Sausage Gun. The improved design expands on the functionality of the original Big Shot by adding more durable and easier-to-clean components as well as a new sausage-stuffing nozzle.

The Big Shot Jerky & Sausage Gun features a smooth, 15-inch-long anodized aluminum barrel that holds up to three pounds of ground meat, and it includes three different stainless steel nozzles to power out ground jerky strips and sausage sticks quickly and easily. The newly designed ergonomic handle is made of a high-quality, impact-resistant plastic, and the stainless steel construction will ensure consistent, reliable operation for many years.

The Big Shot Jerky & Sausage Gun comes with a long nozzle for stuffing sausage sticks, a short nozzle for round ground jerky strips, and a flat nozzle for flat ground jerky strips. The package also includes a cleaning brush, a shaker bottle, and enough Hi Mountain Seasonings Original Jerky Cure and Seasoning for 10 pounds of ground meat.

At Hi Mountain, we work very closely with our customers to provide innovative products and continually improve upon our existing designs to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding all of their and our expectations,” said Hans Hummel, president and owner. “The design improvements of the Big Shot Jerky & Sausage Gun make this the best jerky shooter on the market.”

If you are serious about making jerky, reach for the Big Shot Jerky & Sausage Gun, and get it done. It is available at retailers nationwide and conveniently online at www.himtnjerky.com for $49.99.

Hi Mountain Seasonings’ entire line of products, cooking tips, instructional videos, and recipes are also available at www.himtnjerky.com,
and the products can be found at high-quality sporting goods stores, farm-and-ranch stores and many local grocery stores.
