Boost Deer Health and Antler Growth with Mineral Dirt 180

A person working their food plots.

Premium land managers know that thriving deer herds depend on top-notch food plots.

However, many miss a vital piece—macro and micro minerals essential for peak antler growth. Plants offer nutrients, but they fall short of delivering all the minerals deer need. Fortunately, a well-placed mineral site fills this gap, supporting overall health and maximizing antler potential.

Most “deer minerals” lean heavily on salt, an effective attractant. Yet, salt alone lacks true nutritional value. Hunters often confuse attraction with nutrition—deer may visit, but their mineral needs remain unmet. Ideally, a product should balance 30-40% salt, ensuring both consumption and absorption.

Bio-availability matters too. If minerals absorb at just 30%, they barely aid antler growth or health. Enter Mineral Dirt 180 from Ani-Logics Outdoors. Through chelation, it binds proteins to minerals, boosting absorption in a deer’s system.

Ani-Logics researched liver samples from free-ranging deer nationwide. Even in fertile regions, bucks lacked key micro minerals like zinc, copper, manganese, and selenium. Surprisingly, calcium and phosphorus weren’t the main deficiencies.

Plant tests back this up. Clover, a food plot favorite, offers only 3-6 ppm of copper. Deer need at least 15 ppm. Without supplementation, they struggle to thrive.

Adding Mineral Dirt 180 or the Ani-Mineral Block near food plots ensures deer get vital nutrients. This supports herd health and drives impressive antler growth.
