The MC9L and MC9LS.

Canik has announced the addition of two new models to its Mete MC9 micro-compact pistol lineup: the MC9L and MC9LS. These new versions offer increased magazine capacity and an extended grip surface, with the MC9LS also featuring a longer sight radius compared to the original MC9.

Both the Canik Mete MC9L and MC9LS are chambered in 9mm with a standard capacity of 17+1 rounds, compatible with all standard and extended Canik magazines. The MC9L has an overall length of 6.27 inches, a width of 1.14 inches, a height of 5.43 inches, and a 3.18-inch barrel, with an unloaded weight of 22.22 ounces. The MC9LS, with its longer 3.64-inch barrel, measures 6.75 inches in overall length and weighs 23.73 ounces unloaded.

Both models come in a hard case and include two 17-round magazines, an inside-the-waistband holster, three interchangeable backstraps, a tool kit, punch, speed loader, pinky rest, and a cleaning kit. Color options for the MC9L and MC9LS include black, flat dark earth (FDE), and a two-tone black/FDE. Versions with an included optic are available, featuring the Mecanik MO1 optic.

The Canik Mete MC9L and MC9LS are designed to offer shooters enhanced capacity and versatility while maintaining the features of the original MC9.
