Sports Afield Maximum Security Gun Safes
Sports Afield has announced a new line of maximum-security gun safes proudly made in the USA. Each safe features 12-gauge outer steel walls and 16-gauge inner steel walls with a quarter-inch solid steel plate door. The steel walls are filled with concrete and reinforced with steel rebar providing fire protection of 1,200 degrees F for 90 minutes. Huge 1.5-inch steel bolts are provided on each door side—14 bolts in total. The ESL5 electronic lock is UL rated and fully programmable and illuminated.
Each of these new safes has a configurable interior with fully carpeted shelves and light kit that is motion-activated. Three different size safes are available with gun capacities of 28+3, 32+4, and 40+4. Safes are available in gunmetal gray with either high gloss or textured finish. These safes are backed by an industry-best lifetime warranty against fire, theft, and natural flood damage and are approved by the California Department of Justice for the safe and secure storage of firearms.
