Outdoor Edge – America’s leading manufacturer of knives and tools for all things outdoors – is proud to introduce the company’s latest all-purpose, everyday carry knife, the LeHawk. This new compact, all-purpose, everyday carry knife is simple in design, but long on performance.

The LeHawk screams practical functionality. Designed by famous knifemaker Jerry Hossom, who has been a full-time knifemaker since 1997, the LeHawk’s 2.5-inch long Wharncliffe blade has a straight edge that delivers power directly to the cutting edge making it a perfect blade for a variety of cutting tasks. The blade is made from 8Cr14MoV stainless steel with Blackstone™ coating for additional corrosion resistance and has been precisely heat-treated and hand-finished shaving-sharp for superior edge retention and performance, and the 57 Rockwell C hardness ensures the blade will retain its sharpness yet be easy to quickly resharpen. The rubberized thermoplastic rubber (TPR) handle and unique duck head shape ensures slip resistance, even when handled with wet or slippery hands.

At just 6.25 inches long and weighing a mere 3.0 ounces, the LeHawk is perfect for everyday carry and use. The rugged polypropylene sheath has a 360-degree rotating clip that attaches to any belt, pack, flotation or diving vest, and is compatible with any MOLLE system, allowing for a multitude of carry options. In addition, the sheath quickly converts into a neck knife with the included paracord. When sheathed the knife will also fit easily into a pants pocket, or inside the glovebox of your vehicle. MSRP is $39.95. For more information on the LeHawk, and the full line of Outdoor Edge products, call toll-free 1-800-477-3343; email moreinfo@outdooredge.com; or visit www.outdooredge.com.
