New Bush Craft Series of Knives from Browning

Browning is expanding their extensive line of knives and adding a new family called Bush Craft. This new line features several fixed blade models designed with the hunter and camper in mind.

The Bush Craft Ultra has an overall length of 9″ with a 4-1/6″ flat ground, brush finished, fixed drop/skinner blade shape. The blade is made of 7Cr17MoV stainless steel and features ant-skid grooves on the spine. The knife offers rugged full-tang construction with a black G-10 laminate scales kept in place with flush fit mosaic pins. Included is a brown top grain leather belt sheath with a retaining strap and embossed with a Buckmark logo. Retail price is $39.99.

Featuring an carbide fire starter, the Bush Craft Ignite knife is available in two models – one with a checkered cocobolo wood handle and the other with a black G-10 handle. Both include a fixed drop point blade made of 7Cr17MoV stainless steel and showcase the Browning Buckmark logo laser engraved in the handle. The cocobolo model has a polished stainless bolster and butt cap. The G-10 model includes a partially serrated blade edge and a brushed stainless bolster and butt cap. Both models have an overall length of 8-7/8″ with a 4-1/4″ blade. A top grain leather sheath with a pocket for the fire starter is included. Retail price for each knive is $59.99.

Designed for heavy-duty work around a campsite, the Bush Craft Camp knife is built tough with full-tang construction. The 9-1/16″ flat ground blade is made of 440 stainless steel and the overall length of the knife is 15″. The blade is a fixed semi-bolo design with a titanium finish. An injection-molded, heavily checkered, polymer handle affords a sure grip. The knife has a lanyard eyelet and comes with a rugged reinforced nylon belt sheath with a snapped retaining strap. Retail price is $39.99.

The Bush Craft Knife/Light Combo features a sharp fixed blade knife and a handy pen light that fits securely into a special sleeve in the reinforced nylon belt sheath. The knife has a hollow ground 4-1/2″ blade made of 7Cr17MoV stainless steel. The handle is a black injection molded design with heavy checkering for a sure grip. Overall length is 8-1/2″. The pen light produces 60 lumens of light from 2 AAA batteries (included) and will run up to 2-1/2 hours. Suggested retail for the combo is $49.99.
