Bushmaster Firearms International has announced the release of the .450 Bushmaster BOAR™, the ultimate hunting rifle designed to deliver “Beast Of A Round™” ballistics of the .450 Bushmaster caliber. The new rifle is perfect for hunting big game throughout North America, thanks to its impressive firepower and reliable performance.

The .450 Bushmaster BOAR™ features a 20″ barrel made of 4150 CMV and finished with Salt Bath Nitride, with a twist rate of 1:24 and a weight of 7.3 LBS (without a magazine). The rifle is fitted with a Magpul® UBR® GEN2 Collapsible Stock and a Magpul® MOE® Grip, as well as a Magpul® MOE® Enhanced Trigger Guard and a Bushmaster® DM2S™ 2-Stage Trigger to enhance shooting accuracy.

With the addition of a heavy buffer spring in the Magpul® UBR® GEN2 stock, the BOAR™ is designed to significantly reduce the felt recoil that the traditional .450 Bushmaster 20″ packs. The rifle is also equipped with the Bushmaster® Snake Charmer™ Muzzle Brake, which is specifically designed to help tame the .450 Bushmaster round, and a 5RD Aluminum BFI® .450 Magazine, making it a reliable and efficient tool for any hunting situation.

In addition, the BOAR™ features a Carbine Length Gas System and is equipped with a 7075 Forged XM15-E2S™ Lower Receiver and a 7075 Forged Modified A4 Flat Top Upper Receiver. The Salt Bath Nitride Bolt Carrier Group and MPI Tested Bolt provide durability and reliability, while the 15” BFI® MLOK Handguard offers an optimal grip for better handling.
