K2 Coolers in four sizes and new color are coming off the line in Lafayette, Louisiana
K2 Coolers is proud to announce the launch of their new “Cool Blue” Summit Series coolers! And these coolers are made exclusively in the United States of America!

Manufacturing their coolers in the United States has been their goal from day one. And this debut is the first step in that direction. The launch brings to market the “Cool Blue” Summit 20, Summit 30, Summit 50 and Summit 70. Still boasting the same great features, premium construction and a seven (7) year warranty, K2’s American made coolers are adorned with a “Made in USA” badge and will begin shipping September 1, 2017. Additional colors and sizes will also be produced in the United States over the next eighteen (18) months.

K2’s Summit Series coolers are currently being offered in Glacier White, Steel Gray, Duck Boat Green, Mud Brown, Pink and a bevy of team colors. The Made in USA launch debuts their new “Cool Blue” color option and will be available at dealers nationwide as well as through www.k2-coolers.com.

As equally exciting, K2 Coolers will offer their Made in USA Summit Series coolers at the same competitive price points as their models manufactured overseas.

“The opportunity to bring manufacturing to the United States is certainly the most exciting development in our company’s history,” said K2 Coolers CEO, Burton Angelle. “It’s extremely gratifying that we are able to make K2 Coolers synonymous with American quality, craftsmanship and excellence, while at the same time creating jobs in the USA.”

K2 Coolers’ Made in USA line of coolers will be unveiled and on display today at the International Convention of Allied Sportfishing Trade (ICAST) in booth #1209.
