Team Benelli 3-Gun shooters took home a pair of division wins plus a pair of Top-10 finishes at the recent Fallen Brethren 3-Gun Challenge. One of the year’s most challenging events featuring a field of more than 300 3-Gun shooters, the Fallen Brethren 3-Gun Challenge consisted of 10 challenging courses of fire for rifle, pistol and shotgun at the Spartan Tactical Range Complex near Jacksboro, Texas.

Team Benelli 3-Gun shooter Jacob Betsworth

“The Fallen Brethren 3-Gun is one of the more challenging events of the year. The physical stages and Texas dust can wreak havoc on equipment but, as always, my Benelli M2 ran strong all weekend,” said Betsworth, who finished first in a field of 25 in the Open Division. “From 20-plus-round shotgun stages to slug shots out to 80 yards, my M2 was always ready for anything and was key to my success in the match.”

In addition to first-place finishes for Betsworth and Dingler in the their respective divisions, Team Benelli shooters Aaron Hayes (sixth place) and Nate Staskiewicz (eighth place) both finished in the Top 10 out of 157 competitors in the highly competitive Tac Scope Division.

“I’m so proud of our Team Benelli shooters for coming out of the Fallen Brethren 3-Gun with two division wins,” said Team Benelli Captain Dianna Muller. “The Tac Scope Division was a very large field with lots of talented shooters in it. Aaron and Nate finishing in the Top 10 in their division made it an even bigger success for our team.”

With first-place finishes in the Fallen Brethren 3-Gun Challenge, Betsworth and Dingler will look to add to their 2016 win totals at the upcoming 3GN Pro Series at Virginia International Raceway. Running October 7-9, Betsworth and Dingler will be facing 16 of the best and fastest 3-guuners in the nation for a shot at a $50,000 prize.

New for 2016, Benelli’s updated Performance Shop M2 3-Gun Edition aids multi-gun and tactical shotgun competitors by pushing the limits of reliability and functional design. With a redesigned loading port for greater efficiency when quad loading, an XS express rear sight for slug accuracy and a port caddy for a spare shell, the Benelli Performance Shop M2 3-Gun Edition extends the M2’s reputation as the shotgun of choice for the world’s most successful 3-Gun competitors.
